1.1 Parties to the Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the ckck44 platform and any person using its services ("User" or "you"). 2.3 One Account Only

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account with no login or financial activity for 12 (twelve) months or more will be considered inactive. ckck44 may apply a maintenance fee to such accounts. Contact the support team to reactivate your account.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Funds can currently be deposited at ckck44 via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred taka) for each method. Deposits are only accepted from a payment method registered in your name — payments from third parties are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 (one) hour. The following conditions must be met for a withdrawal request to be approved:

4.3 Currency and Conversion

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% welcome bonus is available on your first deposit at ckck44, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; or depositing ৳22,000 gives you a ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳42,000. This bonus applies once per new account only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x (fifteen times) wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means that after receiving a bonus, you must wager an amount equal to the total bonus multiplied by 15 before becoming eligible to withdraw. A specific time limit for meeting the wagering requirement may apply and will be stated at the time the bonus is issued.

5.3 Bonus Policy

General rules regarding bonuses:

• Bonuses are for personal use only — transferring or selling bonus funds is prohibited
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically approved

6.1 Betting Rules

All bets on ckck44 are considered final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed, unless ckck44 voluntarily cancels due to a technical error or event cancellation. For sports betting, bets will remain pending until the official result is announced. ckck44 reserves the right to cancel bets placed under abnormal odds or erroneous conditions caused by a technical fault.

6.2 Casino Game Rules

All casino games, including live casino and slots, have their own rules available within the game interface. Fair play is ensured across all games and Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used. Game outcomes are entirely random and no previous result influences any future result.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to a server error, software issue, or disconnection, ckck44 may decide to void the result of that game and refund the relevant stake. In such cases, ckck44's decision is final.

7.1 List of Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating an account while being a minor

10.2 Closure by the User
